why would this be? =\ HELP!

Throttle cable too tight.

Idle screw needing adjusted.

High idle being stuck.

Car not warming up.

Where is it idling at?

all the above or a vaccum leak
more likely the cable or the screw to adjust the idle are the ones to check first.

is the idle surging or at a constant rpm?

it idles a lil over 1000 rpm and sometimes it would move up and down from 1000rpm to a lil under 1000rpm
