Honesty, I own a 68 mm profession products TB and I don't really know if there is difference between gsr and itr.
The TB I have those is pretty good. No sealing issues, no sticking throttle plate, etc.
For a B16a, I would recommend a 62 mm. If you are staying with the P30 manifold then I don't think you can use anything larger than 64mm.

ITR is the best TB to use if you use the GSR unit the bell crank for the throttle cable will pull the wrong way.

The main difference is the position where the throttle spring and cable attach, GSR cable attaches the opposite way as ITR. I used a ITR TB and ITR cable on my GSR after i installed my Skunk2 IM.

The main difference is the GSR TB has a spot for the thing under the throttle body(cold start valve) and the ITR does not. I forget the actual name of it as I have never has one.
