OEM or aftermarket? What I'm looking for is a kit to complete the aluminum trim on my '07 coupe. I'd like something that will start at the sides of the center console, go up and over the glove box and tie into the existing door trim (same on the other side, obviously). The OEM trim kit doesn't include the door panel pieces needed to complete it, and I've found one or two aftermarket kits that do, but I'm concenred about quality and whether or not they'd match the exisitng trim? Anyone have any pics of this or a similar installation?

 

If you have a 6-6 Coupe, you might want to reconsider using a trim kit.

The carbon fibre that's on the 6-6 Coupe is unique to the 6-6, and there are differences between the Coupe and Sedan.

The carbon fibre is unusual enough, and since it's peculiar to the 6-6 you might want to reconsider <u>if</u> that's the car you're talking about.

I have an '07 EX-L V-6 coupe with an automatic, so as I said mine has brushed aluminum trim. It's on the doors, the CD compartment door, the ash tray and power outlet doors and around the shifter. What I want to do is tie it all together, which would require trimming around the inside door handles, the short length between those and the dash, the glove box door, the center console sides, and the drivers side lower dash (to match the pass side). I can find multiple kits that together will cover it all (but likely not match each other), but not one kit that can do it all, OEM or aftermarket. So I guess I'm asking if anyone has done this or knows of a kit that will do it.

I finished off the trim in my sedan with OEM pieces and it really made a big difference. If you'd like I can post pics later when I get off work.

 

i can get you a real aluminum dash kit for made from actual aluminum, not vinyl. i dont have any instock, but i am sure i can get you a set in a cpl of weeks.i dont normaly install them in accords, i have some pictures of them installed in a bmw.Here are the pics you get with the accord kit
