At 418whp I don't know
.
Though I always recommend the edelbrock victor X, I've seen the skunk2 one lower HP numbers on 2 different occasions, so I steer as clear of them as possible.
And edelbrock set up shop for aftermarket parts in cars on day 10. They know what they're doing when it comes to manifolds.
EDIT:
Seems like I'm confusing turbo-kit names with IM kit names, now

itr man as form the best honda mani, victor x if you want to go aftermarket, you lose alot of low end with it though, but top end is awesome. if you want something really driveable go with the itr or skunk2(they're about the same)
