Default Pics of my up-and-coming SOHC Non-vtec turbo CRX

10/30/07 Progress: The fuel cell is in, fuel system is done. Got my injectors about a week ago, scored a set of RC 1000cc's for super cheap. The bottom end is done, the transmission is done, and the bottom end/transmission/clutch/axles are in the car. Today I finished the suspension (skunk2 drag launch springs), removed the oem sway bars, and started pulling the interior.

11/29/07 Progress: Got the intercooler mounted, all the piping cut, got a manifold that's going to work. It's a copy of the Ebay 'Blurr' manifold. It sets the turbo out a little bit further than I'd like, and I had to trim some of my homemade bumper support to clear the wastegate, but all in all it's going to work. The suspension is finished, the fuel system is finished, all the piping is finished, and the front end/bumper/etc is all mounted and ready to go. I also got a set of Bogarts with M&H 24" slicks in and put on today, and my RDR skinnies and tires should be here next week. From this point, I only have to get the head I'm going to use put on (it's still off being ported), fab up a downpipe, pllug the harness in, and get it tuned. Should be running before new years!

Sorry for my crappy cameraphone pics, I'll take better ones as soon as I get another digital camera.

EDIT: Uploaded some better quality pics at the bottom!

I know fuel cells aren't allowed in SFWD, but I'm not planning on running SFWD - It would be a waste of my time with a single cam. This is just a car to have fun with, not to run in any particular class.

As far as the box for the cell, I have one - it just wansn't in the car at the time that I took the picture.

If you need a cam designed for your application, I can help. Nice build, BTW.

Borrowed some HX wheels, rolled it outside, and took some better quality pictures. Betcha can't guess what kinda dealership I work at!

I really need to adjust my suspension, but I'm waiting until I get the 15x3.5's on the back to adjust everything.
