90 civic with b18a cluster problems!!!!

90 civic with b18a cluster problems!!!!
i have a 90 civic hatch with a b18a, well since ive got it the back lights for the cluster dont work well today i was driving home and the coolent temp and gas gauge both dropped all the way down and i no longer have turn signals!!!!!! i have check the fuses and came up with nothing i really need to figure this out asap, please help, thanks.

ok well i checked the fuses with a test light and found that the turn signal and back up light fuse was OPEN so i replaced it and they work BUT i went for a drive and it blew again, i pulled the radio out and taped all the wires thinking i might have a short or something but its still doing it!!!! i actually had the car throw a cel, bog and then the cel went off and then guess what..... no more gas/temp gauge or turn signals...... WTF i am out of ideas and fuses lol.
