Car is a 96 dx hatch. My climate controlls are all messed up. When I want to direct heat through the vents (towards driver) it directs the air to the defrost (window) and vise versa. Everything works but backwards. I plan on selling the car and need to have things "normal" again. Anyone?

Check that the cable isn't run wrong.

 

hahaha the buttons on my ek are the same way, they work great but are completely backwards, the full defrost, make the full face blow, defrost and legs = face and legs.
its annoying but you get used to it lol

 

Cable is installed wrong. Put the **** whereever it makes the air come from defrost, remove the cable from the airbox under dash, put the **** on climate control into the defrost position and reinstall cable.
