Bought a $395 '92 4DR EG. Needs Paint. What would you do?

Bought a $395 '92 4DR EG. Needs Paint. What would you do?
I picked up a civic for $395. 92 4dr, black. auto.
PERFECT daily/winter/school beater.
Needs an exhaust and some TLC due to a misfire. (good compression though!)
first, its got a gray interior in mint condition. yay.
i put in a head unit from a totaled del sol. no code. what can i do?
second, paint and general exterior. it cant stay the way it is. (dont ask) i think i have two options:
hood ride. it fits... i live in the hood around school. 'someone' slashed my s2k's top and stole an ipod. paint it some shade of olive, black steelies, white walls, rusted hood. cheap, funny, less prone to have it stolen...
scene ride. get some axis old schools, paint it some earth tone, black hood, roof, and trunk. slam it, amber corners, red tails, tow hooks. probably wont be stolen or fucked with once they see its automatic.
im open to ideas. especially color and cheap knock-off wheel combos.

its got 114k on an automatic d15, hopefully that wont be any time soon, heh

i had the s2k when i lived home.
i went back to college after taking time off and working.
i relocated to a condo complex outside school.
condos here = thieves.
furthermore, having an s2k and buying this have nothing to do with each other.
i cant drive my s2k in the snow... safely.

there is none to do other than pay for someone to diagnose the miss.
i wont pay more than $150, since i can get a running d15 for that much, and swap in pieces til it all runs.
