Default Another wierd Power steering/electrical issue?

Ok few weeks back I installed the euro r manifold and had a tranny ground problem. changed out the tranny ground and valve cover ground. fixed that problem. now that its cold out. when I start the car this is what i get(only on cold starts):

1) a loud noise coming from power steering pump
2) Tach and speedo gauge are very dim
3) the right blinker hesitates about 3 seconds before it will work

after the car warms up a bit the ps sound goes away gauges get bright and blinker works normal.

Ive replaced the ps pump once already. Checked over all engine ground again there still fine. checked the ground used when converted to el gauges its intact.

cant figure out the link between ps and gauges? thanks

edit: *weird; spelled title wrong

What kinda loud noise are we talking about? A constant hum?

When cold it is normal for the EL gauges to be dim for a minute, they warm up though, so that is fine. Mine do the same thing.

The right blinker thing sounds like it could just be the relay. When cold it may just not be performing.

I don't think these things are related.

yeah the ps is constant hum until u turn wheel then it gets a bit quieter. the old pump did this when I had the motor swapped. changed it with new 1 like 4 months ago. the old pump did the same only in cold weather.so writing this makes me think another part of ps is bad not the pump? as far as the gauges never had the el in cold weather b4

It sounds like you may have some excess pressure in the ps system, could be a problem inside the rack. Valve body specifically.
