doubt it, if honda was going to intro a new car, correct me if im wrong, they wouldn't use a past design. Plus, isnt still a little to early for a model refresh?

i meant a simple freshing up of the current model, like with the old ep3's. But an entirely new exterior like a new front facia wouldnt come until 2010, the gen9. I havent read up on or seen any concept of the new upcoming civic.

 

I think he has a theory, thats in realtion to the dc5. 2002-2004 were those ugly bumpers, k20a2 and such, then right b4 the generation was up 2004-2005 they switched it to the jdm front end and bumpers and put the k20z1 in it. and watever other goodies and differences. Am I correct in thinkin you think there might be a correlation???

The styling ques of the Japanese model and the US model coincided with one another.

 

The 06+ Civic will doubtfully ever have the same front as the JDM civic's do. We do have that front in North America already, it's called an Acura CSX. I doubt they would intentionally make a civic the exact same as the more expensive acura.

 

I think this platform will go til 2010 model year. There hasn't been a mid model year refresh yet. Also the 6th gen went 5 model years also. Does amyone know if the 4th gen had a mid model year refresh?

I didn't see the 07, I was wondering why so many people were contemplating the 09 model's appearance.

 

the 09 have the same design but with different headlights and front bumper. Its not the JDM front. Me and my friend test drove one.
