double duece.. b16 ecu do run h22. i say try it out to c if it works then if it does do it.. or take it to a shop and c if it needs a tune.
get it tuned, don't use a an ecu from something else, it will run it lean, it will be faster but it will slowly burn up the motor, try to match the map withh the motor.

What's wrong with you people?
It's an H22.
Try using the H22 ECU.
I don't get this ideology: "I'm going to plug a GSR ECU into my B16 and gain 10hp" - no, not really.
Use a GSR ECU which has enough fuel designed for 1.8L in a 2.2L motor running the same RPM and you'll lean out at 8k RPM and hopefully you won't get into the linear projectile motions of piston connecting rods.
PS: I know nothing of why your car is slow, try doing a tuneup, but I doubt a stock B series ECU is the answer.

My dad's second to last car was a '69 Chevelle SS.
I def. hear you though, when I went from my 509 camaro to this civic, "slow" just didn't quite say it. As that car raped a K20 swap in a 5th gen hatchback (which sparked my hatred for civic owners when he followed me to duncan doughnuts and started yelling at me in the parking lot, now more specifically just towards the K20 homiez), and apparently the K20 in a 5th gen hatch is fast, so uhhh, yeah, it's all your reference window I suppose.
Actually my civic's plenty fast for what I use it for, it just has no torque
