I have a 99 civic hb, and my hazard and turn signal/flasher fuse keeps blowing. I've replaced the flasher relay and hazard flasher switch already because I thought it would solve the problem; however, it has not. Any explanations to why this keeps happening?

have you checked the wiring to your signal. sounds like a short

 

Have you checked all of the bulbs yet? Sometimes the sockets get corroded, or you may have an 1156 bulb where an 1157 goes, or vice versa.
