Not necessarily. LS mesh are 15s
Simply knowing the diameter of the wheel wont always tell us if the wheel will fit or not. Example, civic HX rims are 14s but with no modification they will rub on the gsr calipers.

Yea, just because LS/GS/RS have 14" wheels doesn't mean that they fit the same on GSR/Type-R being as the front brakes are bigger(reason why the HX's don't fit unless you shave the caliper bracket).

Only the ITR has larger brakes. The GSR shares the same brakes as a GS, LS, and RS: 262 mm rotors in the front. GSR will work with 14" steelies. ITR requires 15" wheels because of the 282mm front rotors.
The HX wheels need to be modified for any non-ITR Integra.

14's will fit not Problem, I run 14 steels in the winter. Also some 13's will fit I ran 13 x8.5 panasports at an autocross this fall...though they may not fit unless the brakes are moderately worn, they were very close to the caliper. Hope this helps
