does anyone know who sells aluminum radiators with no endtanks? i want to build a custom 3" thick rad but i cant find a place that will sell me just the core itself.

 

A 3" thick radiator?? Thats pretty thick....

 

that is pretty damn thick. i'd think it would be a challenge to find something that thick and still be small enough to fit under the hood... one of these might turn something up:

In the past I have bought alumimum domestic car radiators and cut them down. It works very well and is 1/2 price of getting a core.

 

pwr will sell you a core.

 

why the hell do you need a 3in thick radiator? is it going to be really small or something? i just dont understand.... Almost sounds like you're trying to band aid something

 

iirc griffen sold bare cores aswell, and griffen make good stuff so you cant go wrong

 

Someone has an overheating problem...lol

 

BTW you need a greater surface area don't add thickness.

I know for sure bell will sell you their tube and fin cores.

 

try AFCO racing or Griffen

 

make them!!!

 

why would you want to make radiator cores?
