I had a Apexi WS2 on my old car and i am planning on putting it on my integra. When i bought it i just bought the muffler. So basically do i need new piping or will it fit if i just cut the other one of and weld it on
If you just care about sound and not performance, then yes you can cut just the muffler off and take it to a shop and they should be able to weld it on your integra for you.

Also, you can take your car to a shop that specializes in custom exhaust fabrication and have them make some custom tubing for you.

Just go to muffler shop and have them put something together for you. Depending on your budget you can get either stainless steel or mild steel and also you can choose between mandrel bent or crush bent.
Personally, I would go with mandrel bent stainless steel pipping.

You'll find it quite difficult to find a typical muffler shop with a mandrel bender.

I agree but IMO its worth it. It worth alteast trying to find a place. I ended up having to drive 40 minutes south to find a place.
If anything the OP could buy the ehaust pipes online (i.e. Kteller) and just take everything to a shop and get it welded together.

I had just an apexi ws2 axle back on my gsr which was bolted up to my greddy catback piping. It fit good but in order for it to bolt up perfectly, I recommend bringing it to a muffler shop and have them reweld the flange so it will mate perfectly with the ws2 axle back. Let me know if you would be interested in this piping....selling it for $80. pm me or email me ih8ricerz@yahoo.com
IMO, it would be worth having them weld a flange on in the stock location by the rear suspension. This way the parts are still interchangeable, and can be repalced easily in the future.
If you do get custom piping make sure the diameter meets what you need. Also be sure to keep the diameter of the piping the same throughout or step up as you go back towards the muffler tip. Hope this helps.
