Crap,some 16yr old girl pulled out right in front of me and I did my best to stop but I T-boned her 05 Ford Escape,I think I broke her rear axle,and my front end is in pretty bad shape,the air bag deployed ,and I was wearing my seatbelt,I just about flipped her SUV over.I was stunned at first,then 10 min's. later my right leg swelled up in pain,so I went to the ER and doc said I bruised my right calf muscle,the little girl was freaked out and swearing up a storm(not at me I hope)I think she's ok,I'm sure her Dad is pretty upset. Man,when it rains it pours,I've only had this new car only 6 months,I know it will never be the same now.
And man do those airbags stink bad when they deploy,the car shut it's self off,but I was able to restart it and move it off the road per the Police officers instructions.
Well folks,I just had to vent,Now I have to deal with all the mess with her and the insurance company's,medical bills,car rental,couple days off work,getting the car fixed properly,hoping they do it right.

seems like a lot of people are crashing but no one is getting to messed up. Our cars do really well in crashes it seems (know this from personal experience) . Glad to see you ok hopefully everything works out for you keep us updated.

yeah my friend just got in an accident not in a 07 but in a EG hatch and one of them died the funeral is tomorrow it ****** sucks... RIP Aaron

 

Its good to know you and the other driver are ok... not to sound like an *** or anything but if the accident wasnt your fault its time to take her insurance to the cleaners. seriously. i dont mean to get all worked up about this but ive have my share of accidents and my insurance didnt help me too much, and insurance isnt cheap... good luck to yah
