Default MSD 6AL or MSD SCI

89 civic si with turbo y8...im currently running a MSD 6Al Ingnition. Should i switch over to the SCI Ignition or a different company. what do you guys think.

I think you should not mess around with that MSD stuff at all, stock stuff works wonders with Honda motors.

EXACTLY!! if your not making 400hp or more a stock honda ignition is all you will ever need

True. I say this and I'm an MSD Dealer But stock honda stuff is more then reliable for 400 hp, unless you "need" the rev limit/launch control/timing retard (in which case you probably don't).
