Default Supertech Valves Nitride or SS

Looking to rebuild my head with Supertech valves. I just wanted to see if people prefer the black nitride or the regular Stainless uncoated valves. I read the website and it only says they are both widely used.

Or if you feel there is a better valve add it to the poll.

If I remember correctly the black nitride are for boost and the SS are for NA. I probably should remember that since I am using the supertechs haha

I think its the other way around but I dont think it really matters...I use the Nitride ones in my car with lots of boost and no problems.

you want the nitride ones no matter if you are boosted or n/a. i think what you mean is that the flat valves are for n/a and the dished are for boost..

the nitride coating is a hardening treatment that provides less friction than a chromed surface.

Oh yea...now I remember. I was thinking about the dished/flat difference. Thanks for the reminder
