Here's the deal, I live in Saskatchewan, Canada.
After winter i'm lookinn to purchase a ITR from the states and have been really wanting one with a JDM front end conversoin already completed.
My Question is, Will this front end pass the federal/provincial safties?

Which is why you only do the T-Bar and modify your bumper bar to fit.

Lots of good info.
Although will it pass saftey?
Last thing i wanna have to do is have to buy a stock front end and install just for it to pass saftey then have to swap back the jdm front.

Wrong. Do it right and have a body shop replace your USDM T-Bar with a JDM and modify your bumper bar.

if they look closely, the headlights are NOT dot approved, so that might be a problem, you might be able to get some knockoff headlights though? not sure, why dont you just go down to whatever shop is going to do the safety and ask them exactly what they check for, just tell them your story, they should help you out..
