Sway Bar connectors

which connectors are you talking about? the endlinks?

You don't need to replace both at the same time, but you should inspect the opposite side for play while you're under there. Also check out the bushings, and the front sway bar.

'97-01 CR-V sway bar endlinks are pretty notorious for developing play, which causes a pretty noticeable rattling noise. We replace a lot of the balljoint-type sway bar links for this reason.
