first of all i know its a downgrade. basically about 6 monthes ago i blew the motor in my 94 gsr. i am currently fully building it and supercharging it but i want my teggy running again. ive got a spare b18b1 out of a 94 integra. what else will i need for the swap? will the stock gsr wiring harness and ecu work? any imput that is helpful would be nice. thanks!

the harness should be ok, ul just have some extra sensors ex. vtec wiring, knock, sensor and IAB. I dont know about the ecu.

 

I'm taking it you don't have the LS ECU???

 

id assume the gsr ecu wouldn't work very well if it would work at all. it might run, but not well at all. id be curious as to what would happen when the ecu thinks its crossing over into vtec but your engine doesn't

 

The ECU will work, might run rich or lean, and it will throw codes...

 

what ecu's will work? will obd2 work since its obd1?
