Heavily modded 2002 S2000.....MD INSANELY CHEAP MUST SELL!!!!!!!! $14,000!!

Ok ill start with the basics, Im looking into buying a house so my pride and joy must go. The car has 90k on it, New motor has 12k on it. Motor was just rebuilt by justice race engines, Darton sleeves, carrillo rods and cp pistons. Head was refreshed with new seats/seals and a valve job. Just replaced the master and slave cylinder for the clutch. Just changed the tranny and diff fluids. Just changed the coolant. Tires and brakes are in great shape. I have all receipts for the motor work and new oem parts. I installed the upgraded oil jet bolts (the old ones were in 00-early 02 s2ks and were known to cause oil starvation at high speeds) I am only asking $14,000 for this car....That is BELOW blue book. I need it gone that bad. I have well over 10 grand invested in this car. Front end has all new paint due to getting the tag holes and front emblem shaved. Side emblems are shaved as well. Here is a list of as many of the mods as I can remember.
Cusco strut tower bar
Cusco 4 pt rollbar w/ harness bar
Corbeau forza seats with corbeau 4 pt harnesses

Probably a few other small things that I cant remember right now, No lowballers and No joyrides. If you are genuinely interested I will take you for a ride in it. I havent beat the car up and im sure as hell not going to let someone else do it. Thanks for looking and wish me luck for a quick sale, I would hate to have to trade it in to carmax with a fully built motor and all this stuff to just have it picked apart and parted out and/or auctioned off. The pics are current with the exception of the fog lights, I have a new oem bumper installed without the ek fogs.
