GMS Motorsport CRX D15 Vtec build
Our GMS Motorsport (Grabowski Motorsport) CRX from Poland
Here in Center Europe we have "Mini" drag class (FWD Naturaly Aspirated up to 1550 ccm cars), so we decided to build some Mini-drag/street-CRX
EDM ED9 Chassis
D15B2 block
OEM rods (looking now for some good custom rods)
OEM pistons (looking for some forged ones)
OEM Crankshaft
D16Z6 Head
Full GMS headwork
2-angle valvejob
Compression Ratio 11.9
Custom GMS Camshaft 6,5mm lift 275 s/w (stock springs/retainers)
Custom GMS Camgear
(Going to use Supertech valvetrain and build some bigger custom cam)
Megan Racing header (going to build custom)
Custom GMS 2,5' Single-muffler Exhaust
Stock D16Z6 Intake Manifold with stock Throttle Body (have ITBs allready)
Stock Injectors
Custom GMS Fuel Pressure Regulator
(Going to use Crome)
L3 gearbox with 4,25 FD
Custom clutch
R888 tires
Redline is 8500 rpm

gsxr would be a better match in terms of size but will take more work on the tps and fitment... The cbr 600 are to SMALL for sure.. you need 954 or 929 throttle bodies if you would like to use honda stuff and show any form of improvement... make sure to make your stacks the proper length so that you can uncork the full potential of the setup
