Car will not turn over LOOK
K I have a 99 integra gsr that is turboed. I had been having troubles with the dizzy and coil. The car would start to miss at 5000rpm after driving the car in hi boost for long periods but after i would restart the car the problem reset itself. On halloween i drove the car up the street and it would not start after that. It would turn over but would not fire. The IAC was making wierd noises but figured it was the dizzy. I bought a new DISTRIBUTOR KING dizzy because of higher heat tolerances. I just put the new one in and the car will not turn over. Ive got power and can hear the injectors putting fule in the car but no spark. And the injectors will continually put fuel into the engine as long as i have the key turned. Thanks for looking and ur help.
Checked all the fuses but unsure of how to check the relays. And there are only fuses in the engine bay that r related to the ignition is that correct.

Yes. u know hen u turn ur key in any Honda jsut before u start it u can hear the buzing of the injectors putting fuel into the engine. Well it continually does that almost as if the car thinks that is is starting and to give it more fuel.

The buzzing you hear is the fuel pump, not your injectors.

Okay thanks i thought it was coming from the engine bay. So what does that mean. The pumps working feeding the injectors and whats missing? Power? The injectors not feeding and no spark. So whats not working?
so when you turn the key to ON position, does the fuel pump for 2 seconds or does it stay on?? its only suppose to stay on for 2 seconds until you start the engine. are you sure youre not getting any spark. pull the spark plug and ground it, then crank it and see if it sparks. if your fuel stays on maybe you flooded the engine with too much fuel.
The fuel pump is on for a couple of secs and then cuts out and iff i have the key still in the start position the pump will start up again. And there is no spark the engine does not even try to run over. Absolutley nothing happens
Did you even check if you have B+ to your coil/distributor? Also check your cam timing, it might have jumped a lot of tooth or worth case scenario...spun bearings.

B+ ? What do u mean. And the engine would still turn over. The enigne does not even try to move. Absolutly nothing happens. Nothing moving no sounds except for the fuel pump.
