has anyone ever had this problem, when the car is cold it starts but idles really low and rough like it wants to shut off, but when i put my foot on the gas and let it rev to 2k for a min, take my foot off the gas it drops down to 800 rpms and then bounce back up and starts idleing normal. i changed the IAC vaule, installed new cap and spark plugs and it still acts the same.

I saw someone on the tech/misc forum with this problem, and they fixed it for him. I guess you will have to do the dreaded "search" I know it takes up valuable time, but what else are you doing, looking at you tube.
