If you use an aftermarket fuel rail they usually have a place to hook them up so it makes installing it a cake walk. Fuel rail or fuel filter doesn't matter they will both give you the same results.

ok cool thanks, i had already found a few before i posted this i was just seeing if anyone knew of a real good one or a specific make to or not to go with.. i mainly needed to just know if it made a difference if its hooked up to the fuel rail or the fuel filter...

Crap, I am looking for one as well. I think it is easier to attach it to the fuel rail, but I haven't done either one. I just seen it done on the rail. I got a 98 GSR myself.
