I was curious how much do they usually charge on shipping motors? I live in Oklahoma...anyone have experience on how much they charge you guyz for shipping?

JDM honda parts told my friend $300 to ship to Arizona for a longblock....WTF???

I ordered my motor from HondaMotors online and he qouted me $138 to Arizona. I just picked mine up anyways.

hondamotorsonline.com have some good prices on motors. they dont just sell motors. they sell gauge clusters and etc. you just gotta ask. because my friend bought a gsr motor and a b16a from them shipping to alaska was 300.00 each.so that was cool. i'm thinking about buying mine soon too. so yeah hondamotorsonline make good business. i recommend buying from them.

Some companies like hondamotors online will give you a flat shipping rate while others like import auto salvage will get a freight quote and only charge you that. Shipping shouldn't be more than 200 bucks for any motor shipped in the US. You can get a full flatbed semi up to 1k miles for $500 in most cases, charging $300 for a skid with a motor on it is called a company ripping you off

 

Yeah, they just charge a flat rate to ship anywhere in the U.S. Good prices on swaps, though
