94 teg project

I know this question has probly been asked a thousand times but should i sleeve my ls block, im shooting for 400-420whp at 18psi from a garret 60trim.

thanks, what is a safe limit for ls block with forged internals but stock sleeves?

ive heard of stock blocks goin up to 300 whp and my guess would be the block/sleeves as the limiting factor, not the pistons/rods. and just curious, why the 400hp goal?
