Default valvetrain?

whats the best valuetrain for skunk2 pro2 cams for a lsvtec?
someoe told me to go with supertech springs and reatiners

ok whats the best valuetrain that will support these cams cause i heard alot about supertech and people telling me they will hold up there the best out there.. i just want no problems when i put the vauletrain in with the cams.

On Omni,s site he says the springs are good for 12.5 lift. Skunk has 12.8 lift down for the Pro2's. You might want to take that into consideration.
