Default Looking for DIY for air/fuel gauge

I've been looking all over. I found DIYs for other cars but not our ours. The directions might as well be in chinese for me. If someone could simplify it for me that would be great.

Yeah, wire as directed. No clue. I'm looking for it to be explained alittle better than the directions do. Something to help the lesser knowledged.

Which A/F Meter do you have?
Is it a real one that came with a wideband? (AEM, Innovative)

or is it just a light gauge one that isn't accurate? (autometer)

As already asked, do you have a wideband oxygen sensor installed?

Those wires come from your O2 sensors plugged into your catalytic converter. I think you need to connect the gauge to the secondary O2 for more "accurate" readings.

I have a friend with an 2002 with the four wire o2 sensor and I am trying to figure out which wire to go to at the ECU, and I can't find that anywhere. Again, it's just a light show to fill a hole cause he's sellin the car. I obviously know where the power and ground go, but I don't know what color to hit at the ECU for the o2 sensor signal wire.......and I'm too lazy to trace!!! lol

your primary o2 sensor should have 4 wires, 2 black, 1 white and 1 green. black are grounds, white is heater and green is signal output.

i misinformed you. you need the white wire, not green. wideband wont work. the sensors are calibrated differently.

based on the wire diagram above do you connect to the primary O2 sensor (6-white, connector A) or something else?
that is my main problem
