Question about power steering on integras with H22

Question about power steering on integras with H22
I got just got an 94 integra ls with H22 but PS steering isnt hook up (Pump is there, but no belt and fluid) Now i noticed on the power steering reservoir there is 3 plug holes, 2 is connected with hose and 1 isnt, so im wondering what is that third one is for? Cuz i think from what i remember on my 95 Accord with H22 there is only 2 plug holes on the power steering reservoir. Appreciate the help.

Okay guys took a pic of the one im asking about.
So where is that third hose connected to... circled in yellow.
