Default Struts and Springs for drag racing

What would be the best strut and spring combonation for drag racing and still be drivable on the street. I am getting some serious wheel hop now that I want to eliminate.

I have a turbo LS running stock shocks and Jackson Racing springs and stock motor mounts. I don't know where to start.

Are you running slicks or street tires??? Im running KYB AGX shocks and Skunk2 Coil-overs (500lb springs in the front, 400 in the back) in my 95 HB. No wheel hop what so ever. I'm also runnnig Z-10 Radius arms. but even b4 I had the radius arms I didn't get any wheel hop. The ride on the street is very smooth, not too bumpy. Also some motor mount inserts would be a wise choice too...

OK in thay case, I'm runnin a 95 CX hatchback. stock GSR motor, JDM header, 2 1/2" exhaust, AEM GSR intake KYB AGX shocks w/ Skunk2 coil-overs, Z-10 arms. 20x8-14 M/T slicks on 14" pizza cutters and sometimes Lenso w/ 22x8-13 slicks. This comes out to 13.40's, 13.50's @ 98-99 MPH, high to mid 1.8 60ft's. 2345lb's...
A friend of mine is running the same suspension in a turbo 6th gen coupe, 355 to the wheels, no wheel hop. it runs 12.00's to 11.80's. 24.5 inch slicks... no wheel hop. I know alot of people who run the same set-up. I'm just sayin what I know works.

Why a softer srping in the back? That isn't good for autocross/drag racing/road racing..hell,anything.I would go for atleast a 400/600 if you want performance of any sort.My ITR had 600/800 and it was great.

Well, I tried switching the heavy springs in the back and vise versa. Also I messed around with different heights and damping settings. I liked the way the heavier springs in the front worked. My car performs and handles very well like this. All the people I know put the heavier springs in the front. My friends race car was running the heavier springs in the front. 500lb Skunk2 springs with "Stock shocks" and 400lb springs in the back. It pulled low 1.6 high 1.5 60ft's and it ran 10.60-10.70's 130+MPH. That performed. Now why did you put the heavier springs in the back...???

stiffer springs in the back keep the car from squating

With my car, I never had a problem with it squating. I give the car a rake to keep the nose down. So when I launch, it doesn't squat. Just when I shift the car jerks back slightly... I noticed with Integras, Civic Coupe, and larger cars squating is a problem though
