He says you should change tranny fluid the same time you change your oil

I'm not sure the exact intervals intended by Honda but what he said does make sense. And I guess it is hard to argue the point of a man of his stature...

 

just another 2 quarts of 10w30 motor oil.

Myself, when abusing the tranny, every third oil change. 3500 miles for engine oil, 10,000 miles for tranny fluid.

nada, Blue HB got totalled, gonna make it into a drag queen, mid 13's on NA D15, 14:1 compression, run UMTR South with it.

hmmm i dont really know what to think from the video, i wont argue with a company that has taken b16b's close to 11k rpm but every oil change sounds a little drastic but then again there is alot of friction inside the transmission, lots of gears mating so it does make sense.
