I have a pgm-fi code 6 that will not go away.
I have replaced and tested all associated sensors and tested the wires and connectors with a ohm meter.I have swapped the ecu with a good one and still have a code 6.The car is hard to start cold and once warm it starts and runs fine.
Will putting a block heater in make any difference with the troubles i am having now.How hard is it to put one in with the engine in the car.

not that you can't figure it out but are you sure you changed the right one?
haven't messed with one in a long time, but i believe it is the green one, the inner one?. those sensors are a common problem, even a tsb. though they usually cause a hot soak and flood it once warmed up.
the other one is for the a/c fan control.... i think.

I was told by two other people it was the black sensor, but i have replaced the other one before and tested it also.
