that is a very broad request.

When i usually hear people say "hookin up" a car it usually means with a body kit, ridiculous wheels and an even worse wing. if thats what you mean i would suggest you never visit this site again because you will be chased out with pitchforks like you were in Salem, MA in the 1700s.

Now if you mean the motor then good place to start. what motor is currently in the car and what is your intended use for it

Ok paint job and the likes- you should take a look in the appearance forum

There are a lot of people who have been successful buiding the SOHC motors. the H22 would be a great swap for you but its not necessary to make power.

A lot of people will tell you to use the SEARCH button on here and while it may seem rude it really is the best thing for you to use.

I would start with the usual I/ H / E and go from there while researching exactly what you would like to do and what direction better suits you with your build

TRY THE ACCORD FORUM

or the prelude forum if you have high hopes for a swap in the future

Check out the accord forum. They are more based around your accord questions.
if you want a cam recommendation for your 250 whp H22/F23 hybrid, THIS is the forum to read.
There are many ALL MOTOR guys running H and F motors going fast. But for your accord, you may want to go "FORCED INDUCTION" which there is another specialized forum for that!
