Will the 1.5 sohc CX oil pan fit on a 1.6 sohc Si?
My Si motor's oil pan has a crack in it. I have my CX oil pan lying around. I called Honda and the part numbers are the same to both oil pans, but a tech here says the the girdle is bigger on the Si and the CX oil pan wont fit.
So will it or wont it?

it should be fine. the oil pans have the same capacity and hold the same amount of oil. moroso makes one oil pan for the 1.6/1.5 sohc and they fit both. the baffle should be the same and the oil pickup is not pan but attached to the block
