I have been working on my car for about a year now. my plans are a mild build with spray (75 wet shot). Its a jdm b16 obd0. Now on to the pictures

How I bought it








Now heres some progress I started making I dropped the motor in and ran into a bunch of problems...all my hoses were cut and all the wiring was hacked




thats all for now will take pictures tomorrow..

 

also the interior is different now no more painted interior...also I will take pics of all the parts I got today for 150

 

also tell me what you think so far

this is my first honda

 

What kinda Header is that? it looks sexy as hell on there

 

not to be a jerk.. but.. maybe you shouldve checked the wiring and hoses before the engine was dropped?... OH or are you saying that while dropping the engine in the **** got f'ed up?

those headers are very niiiiice looking. good project ahead of you... what year rex is that?

 

i dont remeber the brand but it says jasma on the header

also i fixed everything before I dropped the motor in but ill take more pictures tomorrow of the progress

I bet it's an "FGK", looks just my old header but w/o all the abuse

 

Looks like a mugen header to me. Theyre usually stamped jasma

 

i think its a fgk but and idk and yes its a 89 dx but ima go out side and get to work on it will take a bunch of pics

Yeah I bet it is FGK, looks identical to mine. Good luck with your progress, too cold for me to get motivated today.

 

got some work done today...mostly interior and got pics of all the parts I got for cheap

 

whats a site you can upload pictures on imagestation isnt working

 

I didnt get no pictures of the work I got done today because it got dark by time i got done

Those pics big enough?, lol.

Putting the hatch on is pretty easy, these is only one bitch part. The harness that runs from the top right of the hatch through the inside to the wiper motor. I replaced my hatch and just pulled the entire harness out of the original hatch and then fished it back through the replacement hatch with a coat hanger but it was a royal pain in the ***. the plug part kept hanging up inside and just would not cooperate and took forever to finally get all the way through. If I had to do it again I would just cut the wires at the top of the hatch and re solder them when reinstalling the hatch, it's muuuuuch less work, trust me. Or you could just leave them disconnected but I personally like my wiper so I hooked it back up.

I got a new intake manifold..looks really good in there will get pics tomorrow

ps im noticing a bunch of threads of peoples cars messing up haha probably because its starting to get cold out
