Default Shocks, struts, and lowering springs.

I currently have Sprint lowering springs on my Accord. They are getting squeaky and would like to know a couple things. Do these shock/strut kits return my car to stock height, or do they just replace the shocks inside the lowering springs?

These coilovers catch my attention the most.

If I bought that set for $150, will that include everything I need for front and rear?
And do they take the place of my current lowering springs and front struts?

GR-2 are OEM replacement, but you don't want to use after market springs on them, if you can find some OEM springs (used even) and toss them on the GR-2 you will have a similar to OEM ride.

And those coilovers you listed appear to be just sleeve overs, in which case you'd still need the struts from above. (I wouldn't use them for OEM quality ride though)

I am looking for coilovers that can replace my whole spring/shock setup. Will those coilovers that I posted do that job?

I want all new shocks and springs, how do I do that?

Also, I just found these coilovers from MEGAN RACING.

Those seem legit for a pretty sweet price. Will those do the job that Im looking for.

Currently, when I look into my wheel-well, I can see the blue spring from the Sprint kit. Would I have to keep those springs on, or can I take them off to replce them with that Megan Racing kit?

Thats what i WANT to do. Is this possible?

Are you trying to lower the car or raise it to stock height?

If you're trying to lower it, read the Accord FAQ that links to the Accordinglydone suspension thread as it's incredibly detailed.

If you're trying to raise it to stock:

KYB GR-2 w/ OEM springs

I am trying to have that option of having it stock or lowered height.
I am looking for coilovers for around $200.
Is this possible? Any reccommended sources?

Also, I have seen a lot of talk about "EGR valves." I am wondering what the EGR is, and what its function or purpose was. Why do they need to be cleaned?

If you want it to ride nicely at both heights, you'd need to invest some money into it.

Coilovers/sleeveovers are your best bet as they are adjustable (I recommend GC for their warranty and quality)

And Struts you'll want something good, maybe Koni Reds?

I thought that the Dropzone coilover link I posted had both the spring and the damper shocks! Is this incorrect?

that's just the coil over (sleeve over part)

Full suspension for $150 would literally be utter crap (like fisher price crappy)

Crap. Does that mean that the Megan Racing kit I posted is just the sleeve-over as well?

Where can I find the spring & shock kit in one package? Is that possible?
