Quintens '00 EJ9
Hello all!!
As you can see in the header my name is Quinten. I'm from Amsterdam, the Netherlands, 21 yrs old, working at UPS Amsterdam and I own a blue '00 EJ9.
I am a meber of http://www.civicclubholland.nl
The reason I registered myself on H-T is that I'm sick of my SLOW d14z1 engine and i'm planning a GSR swap and therefor I need some info. I already got some from H-T and therefor I thought it would be gentle of me to introduce myself instead of only ''stealing'' the information from you all!
The first part of the swap I already ordered is a Greddy 4-2-1 header.
OK! An overview
This how it looked like when I bought it:

Specs:
1.4 City, 75hp, March 2000, facelift version.
Right now I suited it with the following:
Enginewise
- K&N replacement airfilter;
- 75>90hp gasket;
- JCP catback;
- SRS G50 silencer.
Underneath
- 16'' OEM EM2 rims;
- Yokohama C-Drive 205/50/16;
- Brembo Maxx 262mm brakedisks;
- Ferodo DS 2000 brakepads;
- Polyurethane shifterbushings;
- Daiyama FFG-type Suspension kit. (Fully adjustable.)
Exterior
- Frontlip;
- Type-R grill;
- OEM mudflaps back;
- DIY running lights;
- Cristal sidemarkers;
- Multiple decals (CCH, HOP, 4th gen Civic, VDV logo);
- ''City'' and ''Honda'' decal removed;
- ''Civic'' en ''H'' Logo painted black;
- ''H'' logo on rimvalves (or however you call those).
Interior
- OEM ITR golden pedals;
- Replaced down the radio.
How it looks like right now:

Exhaust: audioclip
It's not slammed like you would like in the US but we a lot of huge speedbumps over here. With this height I can drive fast without wrecking up my car!
Upcoming:
- GSR swap;
- further the time will tell.
Style:
~Better handling versus more power~
Hope you like it all!

The European EM1s that I have seen have the exact same wheels that the USDM EM1s have. Though in Europe it's a VTi.
Btw... A "rim" is a part of a multi-piece wheel.
Nice car, Quinten. Is that Adriatic Blue Pearl? Do you happen to know Jeroen on CCH? He's a good friend of mine.
Netherlands ftw!

First off all I want to thank you all for the appreciation i got!!
@NOFX: No, it's Blue Eternal Pearl (B-96P)
I don't know if I know Jeroen, CCH has a lot members (for Dutch standards)
@96ej8: The reason why I want to swap a GSR is first of all that when I put an ITR IM on it is almost similar to the ITR. Here in the Netherlands the import companies also know what we are doing with the JDM ITR engines and you will pay top notch right now for it. And in my opinion you almost the similar engine (redline is -500rpm or something) a lot cheaper.
@bobobob: Everything is sprayed, yeah!
@phazedd: Offcourse I' ve got my grill painted. The only thing that differs from normal is that the inside hasn't been sprayed black just left it blue. That's much nicer in my opinion.
And the best news of all: I received my B18 Header today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
