Default Finishing up my B16 swap, questions on a few plugs...

I am almost done with my b16 obd0-1 swap in my 90 si. I have a few questions on what plugs are what. First off, I will hook up the thermoswitch to the plug on the back of the block, right? I cannot find the 2 wires for the thermoswitch though. There is a plug also on the thermostat housing, what goes there? Where does the oil pressure idiot light plug get plugged into? Also, what gets plugged into on top of the oil filter( i think its for the oil pressure idiot light, but it seems to be a different plug). Finally, what is this plug for/supposed to be forcoil wires maybe?)

I also have a question with these. Does the wires that come off by the injector clips go to the iat sensor or does that come up from the harness underneath the intake manifold?

The plug on the left is coming up from underneath the intake manifold and the plug on the right is coming from by the injector plugs.

i think i have some of it figured out. the 1 wire is for the oil pressure, the plug on top of the oil filter is the knock sensor, and the other one (2 pin) is the thermoswitch.

The oil idiot light is a single wire plug with a black boot on it. Its next to the oil filter. Is that your original harness your using?

the single wire on top of the filter is the idiot light, the 2 wires next to the filter are for the fans those have to be cut and spliced with a new plug and it goes plugged into the thermostat housing. and the single wire plugs under the distributor that one is for the gauge on ur cluster. hope i clarified things out for u.

yes, i believe it is the original harness. i bought the car as a shell from a guy. I got the oil idiot light and knock sensor crap figured out. Just gotta figure out IAC and IAT.Like I was saying theres one plug at the end of the injectors that seems like it should go to the IAT sensor. Just have to verify this.

isn't the single wire on top of the oil filter the knock sensor and the other one on the side of the filter is the oil pressure idiot light?
I also have to figure out where my thermoswitch wires are, I cannot find them. The last guy must have cut them off. Are they by chance the ones in the first picture?

FICV (on 89-91 Si only - back of intake manifold) - 2-wire connector with blue and black with yellow stripe wires - FICV connector not needed on anything but Si

OBD0 engines have cooling fan switch on back of block - OBD1 has it on the thermostat housing - needs different connector

the reason i was having difficulty was that the previous owner of the car already added the plug for obd1 cooling. i got it now!
