Default Removing del sol front bumper

Hello everyone, if i posted this in the wrong forum mods can move it.. But my question is.. how do i remove my front bumper off of my 94 del sol? i noticed there is 9 screws that hold it from the top radiator but all those screws on my car are all rusted and stripped. And im trying to take this front bumper off so i can have access to my auxiliary lights. If there is any way to remove that bumper easy please let me know, or if there is a easier way to remove the auxiliary lights off without taking the bumper off please let me know.. Thanks!

Wait, aren't those screws black plastic? Plastic can rust?

those are metal screws and you need to take them out, then the bolts on fenders as well, and the bottom bolts underneath the car. I really don't think you can get access to the lights without the bumper off but I've never personally tried. Good luck though.
