gunk comeing out of muffle need help

gunk comeing out of muffle need help
when im warming up the car... smoke come out of the muffler.. as its warms up gunk come out the muffler.. when i step on the gas it shoots out... it does it every time i warm up the car.. how can i get rid of all that gunk from coming out of the muffler water also come out of the muffler
