Default More B18B Build Questions With NWS

First, I have already posted this on HMT.
Im planning a budget build for my EG hatch with a B18B. I would like to do it as cheap as possible since I already have another project (supercharged E36 M3) which is taking up my money. My goal is to be in the 220-250 range and have this as a reliable DD.
Here is my part list so far.
Turbo ?? - Thinking thunderbird turbo or 14B with actuator
Turbo Manifold Muetek $130.00
Injectors 450 DSM $80.00
Intercooler and IC Piping ?? - Think Used JRC. any other opinions and what about piping?
BOV DSM 1G $20.00
Wastegate 38mm SSAutochrome $50.00
Exhaust Vibrant $95.00
Tuning Chip Chrome or Uberdata
My questions are:
Does anyone sell a complete intercooler kit for my setup? if so where?
What turbo would you guys recommend?
Who is good on here with honda tunes for a good price?
Whats a good cheap clutch?
Where can I get premade dump tubes and downpipes?
What else would you guys recommend?
Remember guys, think cheap.

I have a cheap setup that would work for you...$300+shipping i'll send you a K26, log manifold, external Audi wastegate and a DSM sidemount...that's a good start to your setup. The turbo is equivalent to a .44/.63 T3 and should be good for ~250whp.

Dont pay $120 for DSM injectors...you should be able to get them for about $80 at most. Also, good luck finding a Vibrant 3" exhaust for less than a hundo. Other than that, your setup looks decent.

For a clutch, look into XTD. They sell on Ebay and apparently aren't bad for the money...

Thanks, but I am looking to start buying components in a few weeks after I finish the Bimmer S/C install.
Here is an updated list
Turbo - thunderbird turbo $80
Turbo Manifold - Muetek $130.00
Injectors - Black 450 DSM $80
BOV DSM 1G $20.00
Wastegate 38mm SSAutochrome $50.00
Exhaust Vibrant $95.00
Tuning - Xenocron $75 +++
Clutch - Ebay XTD or Exedy - $150
Oil Lines - Stealthmode - $75
Intercooler and IC Piping ?? - Think Used JRC. any other opinions and what about piping?

Any more recommendations?

JRC 5 or 6" IC will work just fine....running 2" would be your best bet with a smaller turbo like that. You'll have to bump it up from 2-2.5 and back down at the intercooler. Smaller diameter piping = less lag

Other than that, it looks pretty good

I dont know what your budget is for the clutch, but i love my Exedy stage 2 and it holds the power i'm making just fine...it is very streetable too. Spending the extra money on a clutch is worth it...replacing them is a pain in the ***

Sounds good. What flywheel are you running? The only reason is because this is my side project in which I will only do if I can get it done for a certain price.
