I bought an insurance plan for my 93 civic dx that only lets me drive 5000 miles a year. So its only like 500 a year. I was wondering is there a way to lower the mileage, I know Its illegal thats why Im just wondering I didn't say I was going to do it. Im just thinking about it, and does the insurance ever check these things like going over 5 k.
