Amsoil 5 W30 Synchro MTF. ALL THE WAY!!!! you can't go wrong. I have been using for 6 years its really good and it the temp. gets down to 25' below zero Ferenheit here. My 2000 Accord 2.3 takes 1.9 quarts.
