ok so i was looking at all my wiring and the green wire is hooked up, but the black wire is not hooked up at all! and im trying to figure out where it goes, idk if its a ground wire or what but i have to fix it asap, because the previous owner did a ghetto wiring job and i fixed all of it cept this problem, if you know where the BLACK wire on the vtec solonoid goes, please let me know asap, thanks

or sorry the motor is a d16z6 if that helps out at all

 

the black wire on the vtec oil pressure switch can be grounded anywhere on the motor or onto any other ground wire in your harness. Just ground out that wire and if everything else IS hooked up properly then you will have Vtec
