Amazing job meng! I give you props. It inspires me to repaint my Teg. Did you weld the molding holes?

now the yellow primer, is that a epoxy primer or high build? Is the gray the sealer? I'm going to be buying a 1 gal epoxy primer kit for the weekend. How much time did this build take you?

hey everyone, this is my buddy's car and im the one that helped with the paint and body..

the primer is a high build primer/ and the grey is the sealer..

it took us about a total of a month for all the body and primer..

and yes a total of i think 25 holes were welded shut and smoothed out...

White is my favorite color.
For some reason I really like the 94-97 front end.

I'm in Jacksonville. I used the paint booth at NAS Jax.

We found some metal at home depot that we cut into squares larger than the holes. We taped the metal behind each hole then mig welded them in from the outside. Grinded down the protruding metal and filled them smooth with Rage.

Thanks man. It took a few months to complete all the body/prep work. I'm guessing three, but I really didn't keep track. It took so long because we didn't rush it. Just a few hours per week.

The sealing and painting was done in two days. We had to rent the booth, so we got it for a Saturday and Sunday and knocked it out real quick.
