i was told this is a knock sensor that mounts on the firewall.
i asked my teacher at school about it and he said that you can mount a knock sensor any where , under the dash, on the firewall, any where. but it just cant vibrate.

yeah looks like a knock sensor for when you do like a ls/v cause the ls block don't come with a knock sensor.

 

it came with my si harness. the harness was on a b16
where can you buy the metal block.
are they still made

no it was a b16 jdm motor
but i am going ls/vtec so it will help me
and does a company make these
