93 civic not turning over
I have a 93 Civic EX. The upper radiator hose burst from age on the highway the other day, and I had the car towed to my house. Today, I replaced the upper and lower radiator hoses, thermostat, and radiator cap; and then I did a flush and refill with 50/50. The car has battery power, spark and fuel, and a good starter; and it was running just fine only 48 hrs ago. Now - with all repairs completed - the engine does nothing when I turn the key in the ignition.
So far I have tried: the dome light test (dome light stays on), resetting the ECM, error code check (no codes), and jumping the car off, to no avail; the car stills does nothing, even though all lights and accessories do work.
I'm stumped, can anyone help?

No, it does not crank over, I think I can hear the fuel pump cycling on and the starter solenoid clicking, but I've got zero crankshaft rotation. The other night, I turned the engine off as soon as I noticed it was overheating, and I pulled off the highway; then I noticed the burst hose and had it towed. I don't think it is likely for the motor to have suffered permanent damage, but tomorrow I'll have to see if the engine has seized. If not, then I have no idea why it will no longer turn over. Hopefully someone here has run into a similar problem and knows something else that I should double check.
