possible seized engine
Yesterday, my little brother tried to start his car but it wouldn't turn over. I thought it might have been the battery since I turned the key and nothing happened. Bought a new battery and it started to turn over, but won't. So I look and nothing is loose or looks out of the ordinary. But then I check the oil for ***** and giggles and the dip stick is dry. I added 2 quarts, sat for a bit and tried to crank it again. It almost turned over but would die right after.
Does anyone have any idea on what to do or a better way to circulate oil for lubrication?

Damn, I was already to tell you to check the starter. I would still double check the power to it to make sure that it's good, but that sounds like he may have seriously done some damage.
As far as circulating oil for lubrication, if you wanted you could pull the oilpan and hit it with oil manually, but I'd be willing to bet there's some major damage. Depends on how long it was run like that, I had my D15B2 so low it barely registered on the dipstick, and it didn't do the engine any favors but it still runs like a champ to this day. (I promptly changed oil, and made sure other fluids were cool).
